Are you looking for an opportunity to exercise product leadership in a dynamic and young working environment.

district m is looking for a self-driven Product Manager to lead the launch and expansion of a new line of business. As a Product Manager, you will own the product vision and roadmap, the commercialization strategy and the technical partnerships. Based on user insights and industry trends, you will rally a cross-functional team to develop a disruptive advertising solution, along with powerful tools for advertisers. 

 

 

Your missionYour mission

  • Define a data-driven product vision and roadmap;
  • Prioritize competing opportunities;
  • Research and analyze Ad Tech industry trends;
  • Understand various customer needs across the ecosystem (eg Brands, Agencies) and develop user stories;
  • Lead team through initial launch, and ongoing development of new products and features;
  • Advocate for your product internally and externally;
  • Organize and manage a cross-functional team including Partnerships, Tech, Marketing and Data science to define and deliver solutions in a fast pace environment;
  • Proactively identify risks and propose mitigation plans. 

To succeed in this role, you will needTo succeed in this role, you will need

  • 3 to 5 years' experience defining early stage B2B or SAAS products;
  • Resourcefulness (we are a start-up after all);
  • Ability to build and nurture partnerships ;
  • Experience leveraging customer insights to drive product decisions;
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills; decisive, action-oriented, and able to motivate others;
  • Ability to manage ambiguous projects on various (some times changing) timelines;
  • Technical understanding of programmatic advertising or ad ops background;
  • Experience working in Ad tech is a huge plus!
